Singer/songwriter Simon Walker hails from Dewsbury and has been performing professionally for seven years throughout the UK and abroad at various events and festivals.
His last single debuted at No. 5 on the iTunes chart, battling it out with Ed Sheeran and Sir Elton John.
Simon has won various awards including First Direct Arena's 'Sound of the Month' meaning he got to perform before Robbie Williams.
He's shared the stage with The Hoosiers, The Feeling, Dodgy, Eliza Doolittle, Gabriella Cilmi and Lucy Spraggan.
Cancer has affected Simon - he was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in his knee joint, which resulted in the amputation of his leg.
He went through months of chemotherapy and says if it wasn't; for support from his friends and family, he doesn't think he would have gotten through it manually.
We are delighted to have Simon perform at Beau's Ball. He will be singing tunes that we all know to get us all up dancing - everything from indie/rock/pop to 80s singalongs.
